This year has been full of things that I started, and cut out of, in my life.
This next year I will be adding some things and most likely taking out junk again...I am making these resolutions with my sister so we can support each other. Even though she lives two states away, I believe we can do it!
P.S. there are some people in my life that don't think I can do this...I'm gonna prove you wrong! :)

- No sugary drinks or foods (birthday parties and major holidays being the only two exceptions).
- Workout 5 days a week. Tae-bo M, W, F. and Yoga+15 min Walking T, Th.
- BE DILIGENT about both of these.
P.S. there are some people in my life that don't think I can do this...I'm gonna prove you wrong! :)
